Kylas' blossom!
I've had a few comments on my blips recently along the lines of "this is a very Lallybroch picture", or "I knew this was you from the thumbnail". I'm not sure if it's good to be getting a style or if it just means I'm getting predictable!
I had to go through to Glasgow this morning for an appointment but I had a spare 10 minutes before I needed to leave. As it was a gloriously sunny morning, I decided to try taking a few pictures of something I don't normally photograph (as so far my photos tend to be of people, taxis, cats and swans)! So here's the result!
The tree is very special to me as we planted it in our back garden 7 years ago, in memory of our cat Kyla who was killed in a RTA that year. It only flowers for a few weeks each year, but even though it's only a small tree, it's stunning when it's in full blossom as it is just now. And it's nice to have such a pretty tree to remember her by.
