All Packed Up

We packed up this morning to head back to Edinburgh. CyclopsJnr was pretty excited to be seeing his mum again, but pretty sad to be leaving.  With the furniture carefully put away, buckets in the fire to catch any rain coming down the chimney and mats taken up the poor wee house always looks a wee bit sorry for itself, but it's best to pack it up properly for the winter to keep everything nice for next year.

Since finishing the second Harry Potter book on the way up, we've listened to the first one again so the tail end of that plus a packet of Liquorice Allsorts powered our journey home.  We made good time and CyclopsJnr was delighted to see MrsCyclops, play with some friends in the street, watch his tablet, and go to sleep in his own bet!
