Harbour arm, Viking Bay

A hectic morning getting too many things done for travelling up to Scotland on Sunday. The hecticness on my part was caused by being on the railway tomorrow which doesn’t leave any time for for all those tasks to be done.

I can’t understand how it happened as we both checked railway dates against the diary. And I’ve another turn the day after we get back.

This afternoon we went down to Broadstairs to see the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain perform the last concert of the Folk Week. As expected they were on top form, a very enjoyable evening if a little cool.

The warm sunshine were were expecting didn’t materialise so we had quite a cool stroll along the seafront and esplanade. Today’s blip is a view through a gap of the Harbour arm at Broadstairs. Not noticed the interesting garden right by the beach.
