Not a bird I see too often. Another in extras.

It was mighty blowy down at Sandbanks and the harbour today. I do so enjoy a windy day but it makes it very difficult to hold a camera with a long lens steady!

It wasn't until I was home and looking on the computer that I noticed a very unexpected bird in the distance in one of my images. It was a rubbish photo and the bird was very distant but unmistakably a gannet! I don't think I've ever seen one of those along the south coast before! Now added as second extra :))
