Dee Estuary

Today's the day ........................ to birdwatch

After a wet start, the day before the birthday turned into a lovely sunny afternoon.

There was time for a walk along the River Dee and to watch a cormorant that kept diving into the water - and then reappearing a bit further downstream.  It turned into a competition to see who could spot it first.

Then back home, there was a barbecue with lots of delicious food for all to enjoy.  A lovely family day .........................
