Corner of the porch

in sis in laws garden, sits this beautiful old shrub rose, which is the softest pale pink, you can see the original in extras.

We were up fairly early this. or ing, took the bus over into the city, for a little shopping trip.
Nothing in particular, sis in law wanted some cropped trousers, nothing doing, I managed to get a particular piece of underwear, a spare ;-)

We had coffee in John Lewis, before another wander then it was a search for somewhere to have a bite to eat. We ended up in Nandos, somewhere me hub never actually went. We did try a couple of times but there was always a long queue that put us off. We had a 15 minute wait for a table.....the food was actually nice, we just a bottle of beer each to wash it down.

We had a wander through the park, before catching the bus back to theirs. Weve caught up on the Olympics, a few more medals! Then a quick sandwich just now, with a cuppa, before I load my things into the car and head off back North.......leaving shortly, should be home bym10.30 barring anymtraffic hold,ups, so fingers crossed.
