Dodging Showers

Alan had today off work so it’s felt like a Saturday! It was very wet this morning so we just had a chilled out start to the day which was quite nice, and then we headed into Llandudno.

I asked Clare if she could reserve a table for us at their cafe for lunch and we parked up on the seafront and walked into town. It was a bit blustery, but the rain started to ease by this point, and as Lorraine has the same rainbow brolly as me, I thought they made a good blip prop.

Lunch was delicious as ever, Lorraine, Alan and I had soy roast salmon with black rice & quinoa salad while Richard had an onion bhaji wrap. We then did a bit of shopping before heading up the Orme which they really enjoyed.

On our way home we stopped off in Rhos, and I bought another tin of Frenchic paint to paint the wardrobes in our bedroom - all our furniture is grey, but the built in wardrobes are a beige colour, so I’m looking forward to transforming them. We also ordered an Indian takeaway to be delivered later on.

It’s been another lovely day with our visitors :-)
