This is my 7/16 blip, backblipped on 7/21

Today (Friday) we drove about 10 miles to check out another campground where we might make reservations next year.  It's on the other end of the lake from where we usually camp and it's much more remote and in the forest.  From there it's just another mile back to Monarch Lake where there are beautiful views and a trail that goes all the way around the lake.  Those dark clouds in my blip produced  an afternoon thunderstorm so we didn't stay around too long.  I also added an extra of the beautiful lupins that we saw around the lake for Flower Friday.

I am grateful that we made it back to the car before it started raining too hard!
