Crazy from the heat

I had a big treatment booked in first thing this morning, which usually would be fine.

However, even at 8.30am the fan registered 26c and this was made even more uncomfortable by having to wear all the extra PPE that is vital when we do anything that generates an aerosol.

By the time we’d finished, we had to peel off our clothes and my face was a sweaty mess; I’m glad I didn’t bother with make up this morning!

Fortunately, this was the only one I had to do. I feel so sorry for my colleagues who are doing multiple treatments in the full garb all day every day. Even without the heat, it’s unpleasant :-(
