What a hay day ....

A day of grass in various forms.
Tommy here at 7am to start cutting the fields down the road ready to chop tomorrow. He had the 98 acres done no bother .
I headed off with my mower this morning to cut the rest of a field that I baled the end rigs of on Friday .
Then this afternoon I baled some hay in another field.
The hill herd busy bringing ewes in ready to shear tomorrow.
Headed off down the road tonight to check cattle . The winter barley fields round about are certainly on the change. Harvest is going to come before we are ready for it I think !
