Colin the Caterpillar .....

A bit quieter today. Went round the cattle up here then headed down the road to check cattle there. Mrs F and Littlemiss out to visit our contractors wife for coffee. The last I saw of Littlemiss she was in the cab of a JCB Fast Track with their son topping weeds in one of our fields !
Went to fill the petrol cans then did a bit of shopping at Morrison’s . Everyone was wearing a mask except the guy on the check out I went to ! As far as I’m concerned Tesco can get stuffed until they start stocking Scottish beef and lamb.Besides , Morrison’s gave us a 5% discount card as we are a supplier of lamb to them !
Spent the rest of the afternoon starting to dismantle the shearing shed as we will need the shed to wean cows and calves next week. It never ends !
Spotted this huge hairy caterpillar on a nettle during tonight’s dog plod.
