Good Read

Another heavy frost this morning followed by a sunny day. Think it reach 11c today. There wasn't a cold wind which was good.

This book is a little different from what I usually read but I did enjoy it. 

John had a hospital appointment to check on how his back is now, four months on after his steroid injection into the cyst. So far so good. He has some pain but can still do a lot of walking without too much pain.

On the way home from Burwood Hospital we did some shopping.

I have had a really bad headache since yesterday afternoon, which I am sure is coming from my neck. I got on my exercise bike yesterday afternoon and that seemed to have affected it.
