We had a -6.2 frost this morning. The day never really warmed up at all in the sunshine. Don't think it got much above 8c.

I had some more Acupuncture this morning. My neck it is feeling much better than it was. My back is still a little sore. I do have a sore eye as I developed a Stye in my eye on Saturday. Still sore but not so noticeable now.
