Still raining

The idea was to go to Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens nearby for brunch and a walk round the sculptures. It didn’t quite work out as planned.

Brunch was excellent, but the thought of walking round the Gardens in the rain was not tempting. We looked in the Galleries and, after a lot of discussion with a lovely lady (see extra), we bought the two young ones a quite impressive plant to go into a pot in their back outdoor space. It will be their tenth wedding anniversary in a few weeks, so it seemed like an appropriate gift to mark the event.

Then we went back to the house. Tennis was watched and Joanne cooked a wonderful roast dinner. Now is the build up to some sort of event.

We have a day to ourselves tomorrow as the young ones are working. And it might stop raining!
