Reigate Hill

Yesterday I went and had a personal styling appointment in John Lewis and got myself a new capsule wardrobe ready for my new job. It felt rather indulgent but the session itself was free and between clearance and my discount it felt like a good deal on the clothes. I had lunch afterwards with my husband and daughter which was lovely. Last night we went out with friends to our local craft beer place for drinks and a sharing board. It was a nice evening and we celebrated my friend passing her driving assessment for the ambulance service and my new job. I think I had a little too much Prosecco …

Today I listened in with my son to a University virtual session which was interesting and our first one. Then I drove to Reigate to meet up with two old school friends for lunch and a walk on Reigate Hill. I never knew there was a fort there! Great views.

Home for dinner and the quiz - we’ve missed a few lately so it was good to get back to it. And we beat the Canadians!
