Anstruther

With the parents away to a Pop up Geek bar in Edinburgh with their friends the grandparents were in charge today.

Decided on Anstruther and do one of these Tresure Hunts that we did in Glasgow waaaaay back one holidays.  Saw parts we would never have seen and learned that a good few historical folks came from Anstruther.  Of course after it we had to finish off with a chippy from the famous award winning chippy at the harbour.  Not too big a queue and seat overlooking the harbour.  No gulls swooping stealing food as there has been a big effort to stop them with signs not to feed them and lots of bins that press the rubbish into pulp inside the bin.

We came home to a delivery of the paddle board!  Great news as we will get it with us to Arisaig in august.  It got blown up and then folded into its bag (which has wheels).  Ben had a very long time playing with the massive box.  

Sat out for our tea it was boiling!  Then we had some poker- Texas Hold Em.  Cameron’s first time playing.
