In the absence of foreign holidays and not taken a photo yesterday I was routing through old photos and came across this one of me and my daughter in Agios Nikolas, Crete on the east of the island in May 1998. We went with Jane a friend of mine and we stayed on the outskirts of the town on a complex. We met various people staying there and we all used to meet up for drinks at night. That bar behind us in the photo saw a lot of action! We had day trips including the brilliant water park. It was a fab holiday.

Missing exploring new countries but it wouldn’t be the same at the moment with all the testing etc and this cloud of Covid everywhere.
