Cuil Bay

When we arrived back on the mainland yesterday (Mon) I thought all of last weeks internet and phone connection problems would be behind us.
Sadly not.
The site we are now on, although situated in another beautiful spot, is far too big for our tastes. The turnover must be vast but bafflingly, there is no WiFi.(view from back of van in extra)
It’s not a big issue for me because I can always upload to blip when I get home but, JD needs to check his work emails (of which there are many) ideally everyday.
So we have to go out searching for WiFi which is usually breakfast related.
Today(I’m back blipping this) we failed to find a connection but we happened upon this beautiful bay.
We thought Scotland would be very busy but, as my main illustrates, there is hardly anyone else around.
The weather is hot and sunny too.


Luckily the phone signal is better so we could both watch the footie and Wimbledon in the evening. Squinting at a small screen isn’t ideal but we can’t have everything!

I have been delighted and amazed by my puffins flying to the very top spot on popular.
This is the first time I’ve had this honour so thanks to all of you who left stars, hearts and comments
