Tiny Tuesday

Another busy day at work today, I’m feeling my leg tonight but I’ve got the day off tomorrow so I can have a rest.

I still managed another 20 minutes with the hoop, though I was feeling a bit bruised round the middle from yesterday’s sesh.

I remember when I first got it, I was covered in bruises until I got the hang of it and built up resistance.

I noticed this little sedum plant was flowering as I was twirling in the garden and thought it looked cute :-)
