Paper trails

We had our monthly team meeting today.

I’d told the usual offenders an earlier start time, so that we could get started on time for once.
We were all ready to start by 9am, but then Linda called to say she was stuck in traffic!! Undeterred, I made a start without her.

It was a positive meeting; everyone is happy and Linda praised us all for working to our strengths and in harmony. It was noted that the trainee has not been missed at all.

Linda set us a whiteboard task whereby we listed what we thought the best attributes were of each person.
I think we were all surprised to learn what others think of us; there were some really nice comments which left us all feeling valued, loved and appreciated.

I had to give an update on audits. I’ve still not completed all of them yet, so I did a quick summary of what I’ve found so far. I’d seen a meme online, so shamelessly copied it to break the boredom of facts and figures and raise a laugh. It worked! ;-)
