Seeking shade

The high today was 112F (44C). We ventured out to breakfast, then stayed put in the house most of the day; thankful for the AC and fans! The small pool we set up for yesterday's party guests provided a little refreshing break in the afternoon. The forecast is calling for 114F (46C) tomorrow, then there will be some cooling. The main blip is toward the neighbor's land, in the extra John is at the Columbia River this morning.
