Making A New Friend

The girls brought breakfast to us at Periwinkle Cottage this morning, as they started their journey back home to Vermont.  Here they are, making friends with a slug on the garden pathway.  Much to their mother's relief, they decided it would be best to leave him in Maine, rather than bring him back with them!

Extra:  Nora waving goodbye.  Gosh, we had so much fun with them!  We already miss them terribly.
