Amazing !!

A meet up with one of my sewing groups today in an amazing building. One of the ladies hosted it and we had a chance to see her new home. This stained glass window was made by the previous owner. 

We spent 3 hours sitting in a sheltered area having lunch, talking and working on our projects. It was just like turning the clock back. When I got home I slept for 45 minutes, I was wiped out. I only woke when R called in on the way home from work. 

We haven’t had rain for ages, but it’s forecast for tonight. We didn’t trust that it would occur, so have watered the tubs and borders. The roses are beautiful, so I’ve taken some pictures in case they get damaged.
