Sunny day, Finally!

We have had around 12 inches of rain in the last few days! The chickens have been treading water! :—) Today was sunny, finally. I went out with the camera early and noticed this red bird coming closer and closer to me, which is unusual. I went in the house to get ready to go to town and hubs grabs the camera and gets the amazing extra through the window! I want it in my journal! This is why the Cardinal was checking me out! His baby was nearby!! The extra is this male feeding his young! Johnny always gets the good shots! :—)
