Wintry Blast

Means the crocus will last until the end of the month .... unusual down here.

I pictured these on 1 March 2012 in glorious sunshine. Almost two weeks later this year and the best of the display is yet to come. Tight buds in the arctic blast that tore across the North Sea today. Spring blizzards laid down a little fresh snow and we're promised the chill will last for weeks!
