Mog and Ping

Ali thought she'd like to put Mog & Ping in the baby's room, she knew they were in our house! I had a vivid image of Isobel playing with Mog just the other day and had a panic that we had given it to her.
A quick look in the spare room though and there they were having a cuddle on top of the wardrobe. I rather think this Mog came free, along with the book, from the Scholastic Book Club around 30 years ago. It has lasted well. The one Isobel had was a more recent one which came from Sainsburys a couple of years ago when they used it for their Christmas theme. Phew! I think Ping needs a wash!
Did lots of planting today, I have so much bedding it's ridiculous! Two more pots done today. I put more compost on the potato sacks, note to self, need to buy some more compost. The good thing about gro bags and potato sacks is that the contents goes onto the flower and very beds after use so our garden soil is being improved in the process, win, win!
Walked down to the post office and got thoroughly drenched on the way back as I hadn't taken a coat, - decided the best way to warm up my cold, wet head was to wash my hair so I did! I'm going to contact the kennels that look after Cleo when we are away to see if they are operating again/still. We'll need cover while away celebrating my wee sister's 61st birthday. It was meant to be her 60th last year, so that didn't happen!
Hope everyone is safe and well, especially in Glasgow and Moray and that the current spikes are quickly under control
