2021 Thursday — To SoCal

It was exactly two weeks ago today that we were headed north to Cayucos on California’s Central Coast. We knew then that we had to be back in SoCal on Friday, May 14, because I have a doctor appointment. I also have a birthday party luncheon to attend on Monday, for a girlfriend who is having a birthday that ends in a zero. We have two evening dinner appointments, so this seems like a jam-packed whirlwind tour.

We left the house at 7:52 and after 4 hours and 5 minutes of driving time and some extra minutes for potty stops, we arrived at our SoCal place.

It’s always good to reach our destination. We’ll only be here for a long weekend and then back to the Central Coast because we have friends coming to Cayucos.
