Lovely raised bed in the sunshine

Which I walked past this morning, and it caught my eye.  It’s outside possibly the ugliest building in Bristol, the multi-storey car park on Clifton triangle. (Though there is some competition for that title.) These are the  first roses I’ve seen out this year. The tiny white flowers smell lovely - no idea what they are.
