Tuesday: Prairie Skies

We left Medicine Hat this morning to drive to the military base at Suffield where we had dose 2 of Astra Zeneca.  That’s us now fully vaccinated which feels fabulous.  And, so far, no side effects unlike after the first dose.......yet.

After our vaccinations, we waited to meet my colleague from Calgary who was coming down with her family to be vaccinated.  It was great to see her - it’s been a while and she brought lunch.  It was particularly nice to see her as she is now in her final days in Canada and moves back to the UK on Saturday.  I will definitely miss her.

We left Suffield early afternoon and drove back to Calgary for our return flight to Vancouver.  And here we are, back home with Barney, tired but vaccinated.
