What a GRIM day. Non stop horizontal rain.
Ventured out for a short walk this morning but resigned to no outdoor photography.

Instead, a rather scruffy Lucy trying out Stan's rope swing.
He was rather indignant so had to be put in his cage to prevent further feather loss!
This, of course, pleased Lucy who spent a happy half hour climbing up and down with plenty of 'OOO's' and giggles.

Since laying her last couple of eggs her feather condition is really poor. As the new feathers grow back, I have noticed that she is sprouting bright red ones where they should be grey.

I have deliberately used a narrow DOF to save her any embarrassment ;-)
