Rain and chocolate

It has rained pretty much all of the Bank Holiday, as predicted. After food shopping I spent the day pottering about, and making caramilk chocolate which involves baking smashed up white chocolate until it looks the colour of caramel and tastes like rich shortbread. It’s cooling in the fridge now awaiting the shard producing stage.
