Off on a mini adventure ..... on my own!

Another glorious day and we felt that we just had to go somewhere that we hope wouldn’t be too busy.

After checking online we headed down to Dumfries House and Gardens. We knew the House and café weren’t open so we took our own coffee and sandwich.

The grounds are very extensive with plenty of benches and grassy areas for picnicking. By the time we were leaving the car park was very busy and on our way to the exit we saw an ice cream van so of course we had to stop!
