Slow spring

A blip to record the not very advanced state bud burst and leaf/vegetation growth so far this April. The days continue to be sunny and dry, but with a cooling wind (from the north-east) and nights with frosts or a few degrees above freezing.

I managed three walks today, plus Tai Chi, yoga and a phone catch-up with someone who I regard as family who I’ve not spoken to for several months.

Andy made lemon cake and I stewed more forced rhubarb picked from the allotment at lunchtime.
