Anticipation

I ran twice this week and after the second outing my shins stared to hurt so I decided to invest in a new pair of trainers. Prior to lunch I opportunistically found myself near one of those lovely shops that will watch you run and give you advice and then sell you a splendid looking pair of trainers. Ooooh, I can hardy wait until later to try this out....

Was the pre-lunch thought. Turns out it was a 'proper lunch' and I will be lucky to make it through the work call I have in 30minutes and the friends coming around for dinner let alone any crazy thought of going for a run.

Tomorrow looks more and yet less promising at the same time. Watch this space...
