Team work.....

Lots of tough ivy roots removed this afternoon using muscle power and mattocks. They made a good team and that bed is looking good.

Meanwhile, I returned to my sewing after many weeks. I have three dresses cut out ready to sew and then I think I'll put this project to bed. I thoroughly enjoyed all I did during Lockdown. I will join the gardeners, just today there wasn't room for me.......

Bit of a shock this morning to see snowflakes steadily falling! Tennis for D was called off but I did my run although a little later than usual. Then we popped to the high street for a few errands. The first day shops could open and there were queues outside some shops, namely the charity shops! People obviously had their eye on things in the windows!
