The gardener is coming back tomorrow afternoon. Today reminded me of those long ago working days when we had a cleaner. I cleaned and tidied before her visit. Today, D has done lots of work in the garden ahead of his visit. It’s been a great motivator....

It’s been a strange day. Not bad, just different. And cold! We joined in the online church service this morning and that was good. A new series on Christ’s last words from the cross and today, Father forgive them for they don’t know what they’re doing. Left with a lot to think over. Grateful for a lot too.

We’ve had a Sisters’ Zoom this evening. Valerie has her three month whole body scan on Tuesday. Her husband goes in for a procedure on Friday. COVID tests and isolation between the two appointments.
