Anglesey Abbey...

We’ve had a wonderful day here meeting J, A and Esmée. Big Sis came with us. The thousands of daffodils are now past their best but Esmée, who knows this NT garden so well, was proud to show this little archway decorated with them.

Back to Sawston for tea and cake later. Joff lit the chimonier to keep us warm; we had to stay outside of course. It’s been chilly and sometimes wet, but a good day and wonderful to see the family after many months.
