Celebration?

Headed into town to find a birthday present for friend Jo.  Bright morning but chilly breeze. 
Saw this bunting on leaving town.  Celebrating a year of covid, ending of lockdown, spring, winning the boat race?
Took Murray walking before lunch. Lunch then prepared a pasta sauce. Carried on drawing for rest of afternoon.
Just watched SkyArts programme Master of Photography.
