We Await

I went across to Stromness early and took my Mum a cup of tea in bed.  Even though it was so poorly expressed grammatically.  I know which side of her bed is buttered.

Went out for Sunday lunch with Dougal and his distaff staff at the Ayre Hotel.  It was so busy that they opened the Function Suite to serve meals.  We hadn’t been in there since a wedding quite a few years ago.  A great value meal.

The jury is still out on the Devil’s Casks III.  A verdict is not expected until the end of the year.

As I type it has just started hailing; this is a warning to all Munroists.
