CMC's brother phoned fae Hoy to say his brake pads have been sent to Stronsay.  CMC went into Kirkwall to get more.  When she was enroute CMC's sister-in-law found the brake pads in the Longhope shop.  BTW at Groats' shop it's possible to buy a cream puff, transmission fluid, piccalilli and lingerie.  It's a Shearers with attitude.

After returning from my mother's I had a turntable problem.  I also fitted a new cartridge which had arrived from Aberdeen.

Then onto a superbly recorded digital vinyl version of Pat Metheny's 'Letter From Home'.

I certainly didn't see Ben Sidran creeping up on me.  But there again no-one does.  Be careful when you leave Blipland.
