Saughton Allotment

Brief 'Easter Sunday' visit to our Saughton Allotment earlier this afternoon - just checking that all was in order; no major works undertaken this holiday weekend!

Main snap shows the whole plot - with a couple of the pictured beds being ready for those chitting potatoes to be planted-out this coming Saturday ;-)

And was good to see a bit of Spring-colour being provided by the hellebores (see 1st extra); and the 2nd extra shows 'R' as we approached the Water of Leith Visitor Centre - whose cafe is now tragically open again for the consumption of emergency coffee & cake :-))
