Leeks and tatties

Last of our seemingly, never-ending leek crop lifted at the weekend (from our Saughton Allotment) - they're now cleaned and drying in the hallway, along with a few stray potatoes that I must have missed back in December ;-)

I sense soup-production may well be imminent!
