Crocus Pocus Hocus Pocus

Day one of my fake weekend! I was planning on doing my last long run before I taper off in prep for the half marathon next Sunday but after 2 days of running, although they were only short distance, my legs feel really tired. So mixed up my training plan and decided to take my rest day today. Long run on hold until tomorrow!

It seems Spring is over but headed out into the garden to take a photo anyway. I planned to capture the new leaves just breaking through on the bare branches of the bush but my attention was caught by the crocus from yesterday. They look so pretty all open and the colour is my favourite so couldn't resist capturing them instead!

I plan to spend the rest of the day catching up with some editing, and hopefully will fill in the missing days from SCotland on here!
