What A wet and Miserable day, probably a more typical spring day in the UK!! Had I of realised it was going to rain all day I wouldn't have hung my washing out yesterday and left it when it drizzled last night! Hey ho!

Eventually dragged myself out of bed late morning and set out into the drizzle for a training run. 10 miles completed along the river to Staines and back. THat's it now time to taper off before the half marathon a week on Sunday. Thank goodness as I seem to have pulled a muscle behind my knee hiking last week and the run has flared it up again!

Glad I managed to get into the garden for a blip today even though it was wet and 'orrible! On the plus side there are raindrops to capture!!
