Hocus Pocus Crocus

The sun is shining!!!! Today truly felt like the first day of spring, even although I do love winter there is nothing quite like the feeling of the first day of spring! I ran to the station today and feeling the warmth of the sun on y skin, yes skin exposed, felt divine!

Made the most of my late start today and hung some washing out on the line and stepped into the garden for my blip!

At first I was disappointed as nothing has really grown yet. The green leaves are just starting to sprout from the bare wintery branches. As I was playing around with shots of those I notice some crocus had sprung up at the edge of the lawn and the sunlight was just about catching them. Amazing what difference the tiniest splash of colour into the garden makes!
