Flyers, Posers, and a Giant Orb

It was a mahvelous morning at the fish market. The sunrise wasn't great, but Captain Lightning was unloading another boatload full of herring, so the birds were flocking in.

The nearly full moon was making its descent, but I couldn't get any birds to pose in front of it for me. 

The three pictures on the left are mine, and the moon and the white pelican are Doug's. The gold frame job? That was made from the glow of the sunrise, and stretched very thin in Photoshop. With the images and the frame "pieces", there are 14 layers in the picture.
