Splash of colour

It was a rather gloomy day today but the daffodils in the churchyard brightened it up. There was a cold wind for the first day of Spring. Warmer temperatures are on the way though. I seem to have been doing things all afternoon but not achieved much. I inadvertently bought the Daily Star, what a load of trash it is. I couldn’t even read it past half way. It was in a plastic cover with the Daily Express which was the only newspaper left.
