Lyme Park

We had timed tickets for Lyme Park today. MrM enjoyed it so much that we walked round the garden twice. It was overcast but not cold. The daffodils aren’t out yet but it’s colder up there than in Poynton.  We took a picnic just for a change from a sandwich at home.
I had an appointment at the dentist at 9am. In Macclesfield. When I got in there (past the woman doling out hand gel but with a mask only over her mouth), they told me it had been cancelled. It would have been helpful if they’d bothered to tell me! Needless to say I was not amused. Now I can’t go until over 4 weeks from now.
