Hellebore

Much of today was dominated by the Covid Vaccination. I had my first one late this morning.

It was a pretty normal day with out walk in the morning, and food shopping and a visit to dad.

By the evening I was feeling rough. I was glad I'd got my Yoga tutor to send the link to the evening's Zoom class. At least I can do that at my leisure. So it was off to bed with a hot water bottle and paracetamol.
