Grim reaper invasion?!

I’m sure that the wood carving isn’t supposed to be the Grim Reaper, more likely a labourer, but it seemed strange to come across two eerie figures on one walk!  Managed to avoid people in the main except for the path up past the golf club where I met a chap I knew from working at the hospital.  We chatted for some time - so long that his wife carried on her walk without him!  Lovely to catch up. In extras you can see that the outer paths of the estate were pretty quiet.  I usually avoid the pond at weekends, but even that did ‘t seem overly populated today.  Perhaps everyone is getting their children ready to return to school tomorrow!
